Fresh Strawberry Glace' Pie 1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 2 T. milk 2 T. sugar 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1- 9" baked pastry shell 3 cups fresh strawberries, halved 1/4 cup sugar 1 T. cornstarch 1/2 cup water few drops red food coloring --------------------------- Combine softened cream cheese, milk, 2 T. sugar, & extract, mixing until well blended. Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of pastry shell; cover with 2 3/4 cups strawberries. Combine 1/4 cup sugar & cornstarch in saucepan. Add water & remaining strawberries, mashed. Stir mixture over medium heat until clear & thickened; cool. Pour over strawberries; chill.
