Festive Orange Salad Serves 242- 1 lb. cans peach slices 4- 3 oz. pkg. orange flavored gelatin 4 cups boiling water 4- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 2 cups cold water 2 tsp. almond extract 1 cup maraschino cherries, cut in half ------------------------------- Drain peach slices, reserving 2 cups syrup. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Gradually add to softened cream cheese, blending until smooth. Stir in cold water, peach syrup & almond extract. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruit. Pour into 2- 8" square pans. Chill until firm.
