Hot Beef Dip Makes 2 cups1 cup (2.5 oz. jar) dried beef 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 T. margarine 1 cup milk 1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed 1/2 cup (3 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 T. chopped parsley -------------------------------- Rinse dried beef in hot water; drain & chop. Cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in milk & cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add dried beef & remaining ingredients. Mix well.
