Quiche Lorraine Serves 61 1/2 cups half & half 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded aged Swiss cheese 2 T. flour 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled 1- 9" unbaked pastry shell -------------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Combine half & half, eggs, & seasonings; mix well. Toss cheese with flour; add cheese mixture & bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pastry shell; bake at 350F. 40-45 minutes. Variation: Substitute 3/4 cup chopped cooked ham for bacon.
