Mornay Sauce Makes 2 3/4 cups1/4 cup margarine 1/4 cup flour 2 cups milk 1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1 cup (4 oz.)shredded aged Swiss cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ---------------------------- Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk, & seasonings. Add Swiss & Parmesan cheese; stir until melted. Serve over hot cooked broccoli, asparagus, sliced turkey, or ham. Note: This sauce can be reheated.
