Epicurean "Philly" Sauce Makes 1 1/2 cups1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed 1/4 cup milk 2 T. margarine 1/4 cup dry white wine 2 T. chopped parsley 2 T. finely chopped onion 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper -------------------------- Heat cream cheese, milk, & margarine over low heat; stir until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat. Serve over meat or fish.
