Apple Cheddar Nut Bread 1- 9X5" loaf2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 cups all-purpose oil 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 1/2 cups chopped, peeled apples 3/4 cup chopped nuts 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese ----------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon. Add oil, eggs, & milk; mix well. Stir in apples, nuts, & cheese. Pour into well- greased & floured 9X5" loaf pan. Bake at 350F, 1 hour & 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool.
