Praline Cheese Cake Serves 10-121 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 T. sugar 3 T. margarine, melted * * * * * * 3- 8 oz. pkgs. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar, packed 2 T. flour 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans ----------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Combine crumbs, sugar, & margarine; press onto bottom of 9" spring- form pan. Bake at 350F, 10 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, & flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla & nuts. Pour mixture over crumbs. Bake at 350F, 50-55 min. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Brush with maple syrup & garnish with pecan halves, if desired.
