Lasagna Largo Makes 2- 13X9" pans3 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 3- 1 lb. cans tomatoes 4- 6 oz.cans tomato paste 2 cups water 2 T. oregano 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked, drained 4- 6 oz. pkgs. Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella cheese slices 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese spread, sliced 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese ----------------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, & seasonings; cover & simmer 30 minutes. In each of 2- 13X9" baking pans, layer 1/2 of noodles, meat sauce & cheeses; repeat layers. Bake at 350F, 35-40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. 24 servings. NOTE: This dish may be covered & refrigerated overnight; remove cover & bake at 350F for 1 hour.
