Potatoes With Black Bean Chili Makes 4 potatoes4 red or yellow potatoes 1 cup black bean chili, homemade or commercial 1/2 cup salsa 2 green onions, sliced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro --------------------------- Scrub potatoes and steam them until they are just tender when pierced with a fork, about 35 minutes.
