Pasta With Creamy Pesto Serves 81- 12 oz. pkg. pasta 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt 1- 10.5 oz. pkg. firm silken tofu 2 cups fresh basil leaves 1 garlic clove 1/2 tsp. salt --------------------------------- Cook pasta in boiling water until tender, then drain and rinse it. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. salt and toss to mix. While pasta is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth, stopping processor occasionally and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula. Add th epesto to the pasta and toss gently to mix.
