1 box of pickling spices
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
5 to 6 cloves of garlic
2 to 3 yellow onions
7 fresh tomatoes (quartered)
or 1 16 oz. can of whole tomatoes
2 - 12 oz can of tomato paste
2 - 16 oz can of tomato sauce

Put a tea strainer full of pickling spices in a large pot on the stove
top. Throw in the onions and garlic and place the cut up chickens

the tomato paste, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and then
simmer for an hour. This dish is great the next day when all the
garlic and pickling spices have permeated the chicken.
