Spaghetti & Clam Sauce

spaghetti
1-10oz can of baby clams
4 oz cream cheese (half a pkg)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbs olive oil
Tabasco to taste
parsley, chopped (if desired)
parmesan cheese

Boil enough spaghetti for 2 people. In a heavy saucepan, heat olive
oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until
tender. Add can of baby clams, including liquid. Stir. Add cream
cheese. Lower heat to medium. Stir until cream cheese is melted and
sauce is hot. Do not boil. Add Tabasco to taste. Sprinkle with
chopped parsley. Serve immediately on top of spaghetti. Sprinkle
with parmesan cheese.
