1 c. chopped onion 2 c. chopped celery 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. hot water 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. uncooked raw rice 1 large can Chinese noodles Cook hamburger, onion, and celery in skillet until hamburger is browned. Place hamburger mixture in an ungreased baking dish and add the soup, hot water, soy sauce, and uncooked rice. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top and bake for 15 more minutes. |
