Blacking Sauce

3 lbs margarine, soft
2 oz Old Bay
2 oz Mesquite
2 oz cayenne pepper
6 oz hot sauce
1 cup lemon juice
2 oz garlic powder

Mix all together. This sauce is on the hot side, so use a little amount on your fish, steak, venison, turkey or chicken. This can be brushed on while grilling or used as a condiment for dipping.
