2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1/4 c. green onions, sliced 1/2 c. celery, diced 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook peas according to directions on package, except cook for 2 minutes less than directions call for. Drain and cool under cold water. Combine peas, eggs, onion, and celery. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings. Combine with first mixture; cover and refrigerate overnight. |
