1 c. raw white rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup can milk 1/2 package Lipton onion soup mix Shortening Rinse rice; drain. Place rice in baking dish and spread evenly. Mix the cans of soup and milk and spread over rice. Lay chicken over rice and soup. Sprinkle chicken with dry onion soup mix. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
