Heavenly Cake

1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding
4 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces German chocolate, grated
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and flour one
9x13 inch cake pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into
prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes.
