Pineapple Cake

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 Tblsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 large (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
Icing recipe below

Mix all ingredients, pour into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Bake
at 350 for 40 minutes, or until just done. Cool and frost.

Icing

8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
milk, only as needed

Beat until smooth, all ingredients except milk. Add milk only if
necessary to get the right consistency. Frost cake.

Best when kept in the refrigerator.
