1/2 cup sugar 1 beaten egg 2 cup flour 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 cup blueberries Cream the butter and sugar well. Beat in egg. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, stirring after each addition. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 425 degrees for 17 minutes. |
