3 tablespoons flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1 cup thick buttermilk 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring 1 unbaked pie shell Combine sugar and flour. Beat eggs, add to flour mixture. Add margarine and buttermilk, mix well. Flavor with vanilla and lemon flavoring. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
