Italian Green Herb Sauce Makes about 2 cups1/4 cup capers, rinsed, drained, and chopped 1/4 cup pickled cocktail onions, finely chopped 1 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 T. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper ------------------------------ Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Can be made way ahead of time.
