1/3 lb. ground chuck or turkey per person 1 ounce bleu cheese per person salt and pepper
Form a roundish, flattish ball with the ground meat. Poke your finger into the meat ball and create a cavity. Press the bleu cheese into the cavity, press the meat to close the cavity, then salt and pepper to taste. Broil. Serve with or without a bun, and with a green salad.
