2 bouillon cubes (any flavor) 2 chopped garlic cloves 1 cup thin sliced zucchini or squash 1/2 cup each chopped carrot and mushrooms 15 oz can chopped tomatoes, include juice 1 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. basil 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 cup water Combine ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
