1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can spaghetti sauce

dredge the chicken in the flour. Season with salt and pepper. Brown in iron skillet in hot oil.

drain the oil. cover the chicken with the cheese, then cover with the spaghetti sauce. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, until the chicken is tender.
