1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 pound (very lean) hamburger meat 1 small diced onion 1 15 1/2 ounce can Ranch Style Beans 1 very small green pepper, diced 1 15 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes 3 cups of water 1/2 tablespoon chili powder salt & pepper to taste 1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional) Brown meat completely, drain. Add remaining ingredents into a large stew pan. Cook over medium to low heat, until vegetables are tender. (Cover if desired while cooking.) Serve hot and enjoy. |
