1 teaspoon sugar
Strong hot coffee -- hot coffee
3 tablespoons Irish Whiskey
Whipped cream

Put sugar into stemmed goblet; add enough coffee to dissolve sugar. Add whiskey. Fill goblet with coffee to within an inch of the top. Float cream on top. The hot, whiskey-laced coffee is sipped through the cool cream.
