Yorkshire Pudding 3 eggs 1 1/3 cups milk 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or marg. --------------------------------- Combine eggs, milk, salt, and flour. Beat with rotary beater until smooth and well blended. Melt butter in a 9X13X2" baking pan. Pour batter into hot butter. Bake in a preheated 425F oven for 35-40 minutes or until brown and crusty. Cut into squares to serve. Serve with roast beef. Serve 8.
