1 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper 1 Teaspoon Paprika 3 Pounds Young chicken -- cut up or 3 Pounds chicken parts 4 Tablespoons Butter or margarine 5 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour 1 Tablespoon Butter or margarine -- To 4 Tbsp 4 Cups Water 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Put flour, salt, pepper and paprika in paper or plastic bag.
