Tuna Casserole "I invented this while trying to duplicate a recipe and discovering that I was missing, well, all of the ingredients. So these are the replacements I've used (not even close to the original) which, as it turned out, tasted a lot better than the original." 1 or 2 6 oz cans tuna 1 15 oz can cream-style corn 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 egg, beaten 1 small bag tortilla chips, broken 4 - 8 oz (about 200 gr) of grated cheese, not too salty Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Place into a greased casserole dish, top with cheese and bake about 1/2 hour. Crys Alis's Tuna Casserole 2 6 oz cans of tuna 1 cup salsa 2 eggs, beaten 1 green pepper, chopped 1 sweet red onion, chopped 12 oz wagon wheel pasta, cooked and drained Mix the tuna, salsa, eggs, pepper and onion together. In a buttered baking dish, layer the pasta and the tuna mixture, ending with the tuna. Garnish with onion and pepper if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave on medium high for 15 minutes. Judy Hampton's Tuna Pot Pie Casserole 1 pkg Pillsbury Already Pie Crust 2 6 oz cans tuna 1 can regular Veg-All (mixed vegetables) 1 can cream of chicken soup (cream of corn is good too) Allow pie crust to rest on counter about 10-15 minutes. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Place one pie crust in bottom of pie plate. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie crust. Cover mixture with the other pie crust, crimp edges together, and cut several slits in the top of the crust. Pop in oven and cook 45-50 minutes, or until crust is nice and brown. >> Tuna Corn Bake Tuna and corn are a wonderful combination. A cross between a souffle and a quiche, this easy dish is like elegant comfort food. 1 egg, beaten
