8 medium potatoes 4 large onions 5 bell peppers 4 large cans whole tomatoes salt, pepper, and garlic (to taste) Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Peel and dice potatoes. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Slice bell peppers into strips. Open tomatoes and tear into chunks. Place all ingredients into a dutch oven. Cook over medium to medium high heat. Stir as needed. Cook until sausage and potatoes are done. |
