1/2 Lb. ground sausage 1/2 clove garlic 1/2 c chopped onions 1 c chopped celery 1 - 1 Lb. can tomatoes (regular or stewed) 1 can (about 15 ounces) whole kernel corn (do not drain)(see note) 1/2 t salt 1&1/2 t chili powder (or more to taste) 1/4 c corn meal 1/4 c ripe olives (Mother puts them in whole, I like to slice them so they go further) 3/4 c grated sharp cheddar cheese Cook sausage, drain, add beef, cook until brown, drain again.
