Artichoke Dip

2-14 oz cans artichokes, drained and chopped
1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free sour cream
2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
1/4 cup Marsala or sherry wine
3 Tbs finely chopped scallions (spring onions)
2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs chopped fresh chives

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and spoon into a greased
oven-proof casserole. Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven for 30
minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately with crackers, raw
vegetables, or toast points. Serves 4 to 6.
