1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice 2 Tbl. chopped walnuts 1 stalk celery, chopped 1/3 C. grapes, halved and pitted 1/4 C. reduced oil dressing (mayonnaise-type) 1/4 C. low-fat yogurt Pour lemon juice over apples and toss to coat well. Mix apples, nuts, celery and grapes. Beat dressing and yogurt until smooth and blended. Pour over salad and toss well. Turn into a serving dish and chill until served. |
