1 Family pack of wings 1 bottle of hot sauce 1 stick of margarine
Deep fry the wings until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain grease or shake in a brown bag. In a separate pan melt margarine and hot sauce together. Dip dried, fried wings in the hot sauce mixture. If you like them crispy put them on a baking sheet in the oven (350F) for 10 minutes. Serve with celery sticks and a good chunky blue cheese dressing.
