Avocado Dip 1 ripe avocado 1 T. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt few drops garlic juice 1 tsp. finely grated onion 2 strips bacon, fried crisp --------------------------- Peel and seed avocado. Sprinkle immediately with lemon juice to prevent darkening. Mash with fork and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic juice. Put through coarse sieve and blend in onion. Just before serving stir in crumbled crisp bacon, reserving a few pieces to garnish top. Serve with corn chips or tostados. Makes 1 cup.
