4 hard-cooked eggs
2 tsp. dry herb salad
dressing mix
2 tsp. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sour cream

Reserve one egg yolk for garnish.
Chop remaining eggs finely. Combine
all ingredients, blending well.
Spoon into bowl. Sieve egg yolk and
spoon over top. Serve with crackers
and chips. Makes 1 cup.
