1 cup sugar 2 cups flour 2 tbsp. powdered sugar 6 eggs Cream butter and sugar until butter has lightened in color and fluffed, Add eggs slowly while continuing to beat. Add flour slowly while continuing to beat. Pour into paper lined muffin cups. Sift powdered sugar over the tops, then bake at 375 degrees until an inserted toothpick comes out clean (about 15 minutes). |
