1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk filler, about 1 cup or enough to cover the bottom of the pie crust-see filler suggestions below* Thaw pie crust. Place filler in bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle cheese on top of filler. Mix eggs & milk together and pour over cheese, do not stir. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 1 hour. *Filler suggestions: mushrooms (drained if using canned), ham, sausage, onion etc... be sure to cook meats and drain well before adding to crust. Filler must be dry or it will cause the quiche to be too milky. |
