1/2 cup butter, room temperature 2 pounds confectioners sugar 1 13 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp. flavoring 1/4 tsp. salt 1 3/4 pounds chocolate for dipping Combine butter, sugar and milk in large bowl. Add flavoring and salt. Gradually add remaining sugar, first with a spoon and then knead by hand. You may add food coloring at this point or coconut. Form into small balls; let stand a few hours and dip in melted chocolate. |
