1/2 c. raw rice, uncooked 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 small onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1/2 c. water Wash rice and combine with hamburger, salt, pepper, and onion. Shape into meat balls and place in shallow baking dish. Pour tomato soup and water over the meat balls, and cook until rice is done--about 1 hour. |
