1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 8 ounces low fat cottage cheese 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon onion or scallions, minced Shred crabmeat. Combine all ingredients and chill, covered. Serve with whole wheat crackers and/or raw vegetable sticks. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
