Marinating Wild Game

Every year, my father goes deer hunting and shares his catch with my family.
He shared with me that if you marinate wild deer or hog meat in milk for 20
minutes before cooking, it tenderizes the meat and removes some of the "gamey"
taste. I have tried it and it seems to work! Just be sure not to marinate the
meat much longer than the suggested 20 mintues or it will turn mushy in the milk.
