1 tbsp. lard Head lard and add meat. Cook, stirring constantly, until no longer pink. Set aside. Drain grease if any settles around the meat. In 2 tbsp oil fry onion, potato, tomato and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes and add to the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and season to taste. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. |
