Turkey Scramble 1 cup chopped cooked turkey (or chicken) 2 green onions, chopped 3 T. vegetable oil 1- 5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced 6 eggs 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/4 cup turkey gravy or milk Garnish: tomato wedges ---------------------------- Cook turkey and green onions in vegetable oil over medium heat about 5 minutes. Add water chestnuts. Beat eggs with seasonings. Add to mixture in skillet with gravy, stirring well. Reduce heat, cook slowly. Stir as needed. Garnish with tomato wedges. Serves 6.
