2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. cumin 1 whole onion (chopped) 1 clove garlic or as desired 1 can navy beans 1 small can green chilies 2 handfuls of frozen or dried tortellini (if desired) Saute onion and garlic. Combine all ingredients except tortellini and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add tortellini and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve with crackers or fresh baked bread. |
