Orange Maple-Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe By : Sandy's Recipe Journal Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method Bake potatoes until tender, but not soft, about 50 minutes. Cool and peel. Cut in halves lengthwise, then cut in halves crosswise if potatoes are large. If small, leave whole or cut in half. Serves 8 to 10
NOTES : It's better to use real maple syrup, but maple-flavored syrup can be used in a pinch! This is a delicious and different sweet potato dish! |
