Spaghetti Sauce II

1 clove garlic -- minced
1 green pepper -- chopped
1/2 pound hot sausage
1/2 pound beef spareribs
2 cans REDPACK tomato puree
8 ounces tomato sauce
12 ounces tomato paste
Water*
Parsley flakes
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup sugar
Italian seasonings

Lightly brown peppers and garlic. Brown sausage and beef ribs; add puree (large cans), tomato sauce and paste. *Add water to each can and add, mixing well. Add parsley, pepper, sugar and Italian seasonings to taste. When sauce is boiling, add meatballs and cook 20 minutes on high heat. Lower heat and let simmer 1-1/2 hrs.

Serve with your favorite pasta.
