Speedy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe By : Sandy's Recipe Journal Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method Put milk, onion, flour, salt and pepper in blender container and blend a few seconds. Peel and cube potatoes and place in a buttered baking dish. Pour milk mixture over potatoes at once. Dot with butter all over. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
