Yogurt Banana Cake - Food Processor Recipe By : Sandy's Recipe Journal Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method Using steel knife in food processor, process butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 2 minutes, scraping bowl as needed. Do not insert feed tube. While processor is running, drop in chunks of banana and process until blended. Meanwhile, dissolve baking soda in yogurt. Let stand 1-2 minutes. (The yogurt will nearly double in volume, so use a 2-cup measure. Add to batter and process for 3 seconds. Add the flour and baking powder. Serves 8
